Reflexology with Pedicure

Enjoy a restorative calf and foot treatment. Begin with a warming foot spa with exfoliating massage. The nails, cuticles and hard skin are then attended to followed by a warming foot mask. Whilst your foot mask is applied, heated booties are added and you will be offered 10 minutes to yourself with a hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Chi Reflexology Organ Balance and Traditional foot reflexology will then be carried out ending with a deeply moisterising calf and foot massage.

Mini Reiki Healing Retreat

Lay back for 30 minutes whilst a guided meditation leads you to a place of comfort and relaxation. Listen to the music, gong bath and drum sounds whilst you transport yourself to a place of peace. Enjoy the feeling of reiki healing energy wash over you, awakening your chakras and harmonizing you mind body and soul. Finish with 10 minutes to yourself with a hot tea, coffee or hot chocolate whilst you ground yourself for your day.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (Half body) combined with Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage with measurements

Choose from upper or lower body for the massage and add in the full lymphatic system via Lymphatic Drainage using Reflexology to the feet. This treatment will also measure your affected limb/s before treatment and again after treatment. The results will demonstrate if you have lost volume in terms of excess fluid and size in terms of size. This gentle treatment works by moving and stretching the skin to activate the lymphatics, stimulating the flow of lymphatic fluid through the network of vessels and nodes in your lymphatic system. It helps improve the removal of waste products from your body, boosts your immune system, and supports healthy fluid balance and overall healing.

You will lie on a massage couch for this session. You can remain clothed, but please wear very loose clothing. If you would prefer to include aromatherapy oils in your session, you will be asked to remove items of clothing as we progress through the treatment. Your dignity will be maintained at all times.

Reflexology/Reiki Healing

A combination therapy of Reiki Healing, followed by Reflexology. 30 minutes Reiki Healing, followed by 30 minutes traditional foot reflexology. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reflexology is a wonderful therapy to the feet which contain over 100 areas (reflexes) corresponding the areas of the body. By stimulating these reflexes, you body will experience pure relaxation and enhanced wellbeing.

Home visits are available if you are housebound by special arrangement. An additional £5 will be added to the price. Please call me for more information. Thank you

Advanced Facial Reflexology (includes a Holistic Facial)

Facial Reflexology has all the benefits of traditional Foot Reflexology and more. It is deeply relaxing with immediate well-being effects due to the closeness of the face to the brain and central nervous system. There are over 48 reflex points of the face which, when stimulated, can improve blood circulation and lymph flow to the entire body. When massaged, each reflex, activates a direct response in the corresponding area of the body helping to encourage the body's natural ability to self-heal. Gentle facial massage techniques are also added to this treatment with the overall affect of improving circulation and nerve supply to the skin, relieve muscle tension, and release toxins. The application of rose quartz crystal balls invigorates the skin. We then gently sit you up with a hot cup of tea, coffee or chocolate, whilst an energy Chi Reflexology Balance is applied to your feet followed by full foot reflexology to balance your whole body and mind.

You will also receive a holistic facial with double cleanse, tone, under eye gel mask, face mask, serum and moisteriser. Whilst your face mask is on you can receive an arm and hand or shoulder massage. Then receive a warming tea, coffee or hot chocolate whilst I carry out an energy Chi organ balance to the feet along with traditional foot reflexology. The session comes to an end with a warming calf massage and foot massage.

Her treatment room is a lovely calm sanctuary. I cannot recommend the treatments highly enough. Julia always takes her time and explains everything she is doing and the gorgeous products she uses. I approached reflexology with a degree of scepticism but Julia was recommended by the NHS Lymphodema specialists so I tried it.
I had a course of treatment of radiotherapy for a tonsil cancer which left me with restricted eating and swelling in the neck due to the lymph nodes having been knocked out.
I cannot overemphasise how great a benefit I saw within 12 hours of my first treatment. My neck lympdodema had reduced visibly and the internal change made eating much easier. I also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing treatment, much to my surprise.
Julia is an expert in reflexology and reflexology lymphatic drainage. She has made a huge impact on my recovery and I can recommend her unreservedly for any condition requiring pain relief or lymphatic drainage
